Rachael obtained her license in 2018, driven by a desire to implement the wealth of knowledge she's accumulated over the years, and has upheld that objective with the creation of R.O. & CO. realty group, a boutique real estate team serving Halton, Hamilton and the surrounding areas.

Rachael is also a passionate real estate investor. With personal experience in both flipping properties and strategically acquiring rental properties, she has an eye for spotting properties with potential. She derives immense satisfaction from guiding first-time investors in building their real estate portfolios.
